Shipping and Delivery Schedule: Our standard shipping and delivery days are from Monday to Friday.

Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery is available upon request for an additional fee of $24.50 in addition to the Next Day Air shipping cost.

Chocolate Gifts: All chocolate gifts are shipped at your own risk. We recommend that you prominently display this information on your website and inform your clients about it. If the temperature exceeds 74 degrees, we strongly advise shipping chocolate gifts with ice and via Next Day Air. We do not accept claims for any issues related to melted chocolate. Please note that we have no control over where UPS stores and leaves packages, and they do not honor claims for melted items. As a reminder, chocolate and perishable gifts must be shipped via Next Day Air from May 1st through mid-October. In our current price list, all chocolate items recommended for expedited shipping are highlighted in purple for your convenience.

Gift baskets highlighted in purple are recommended for shipping via Next Day Air only during this period, with an additional $7.50 surcharge for ice and cold wrap. If you prefer to ship one of these gifts via ground, we are happy to accommodate your request. However, please be aware that you ship these gifts at your own risk at all times from May through October. We do not offer refunds or discounts for melted or damaged chocolates, even when they are shipped via air. If you choose to pay for ice or cold wrap, we will gladly add it to your order. However, please note that ice and cold wrap will not protect chocolate when an item sits in the heat for more than one day. We do not offer refunds or discounts on melted chocolate, even when shipped via Next Day Air.

We do not accept claims of any kind on these items if they melt, even when shipped via Next Day Air.

Card Enclosures: Your card enclosures are printed on a standard 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper in a packing slip format. Half of the sheet contains the actual UPS label, while the other half displays your recipient's information and card enclosure. This paper is placed in a clear packing sleeve and attached to the top of the box.

Specialty Items Restrictions and Shipping:

Please note that Specialty Apples, Cookies, and Strawberries are not available for ground shipping. These items ship from our California warehouse, rather than Missouri. Specialty Apples may not be shipped over the weekend. Orders for Chocolate Apples, Caramel Apples, or Strawberries, using a shipping method that places them at UPS over a weekend, will be scheduled for Monday delivery. Specialty Cookies, Strawberries, and Apples are subject to the same shipping conditions.

Shipping Information: We process shipping orders from Monday to Friday only. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday. Orders using 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day Air shipping, when placed on Saturday and Sunday or before 11:00 AM CST on Monday, will be shipped on Monday. For orders placed with these expedited shipping options from Monday to Friday before 11 AM CST, they will be shipped the same day. Air orders placed after 11:00 AM CST will be shipped on the next business day.

Ground orders placed before the 1 PM cutoff will ship within 1-3 business days and are not guaranteed to ship the same day. If a ground order is placed after the 1 PM cutoff, the first processing day becomes the next business day, and these orders will ship within the next three business days. For example, a ground order placed at 7:20 PM on a Tuesday night will ship on the following Thursday or Friday. Ground orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be scheduled for shipment by Wednesday.

Holiday Shipping Information (December 1, 2022, through January 4, 2023): Ground orders placed before the 1 PM CST cutoff from Monday to Friday typically ship within 2-4 business days. For example, an order placed over the weekend or on Monday before 1 PM should be scheduled for shipment by the following Thursday.

Holiday Ground Deadline: Ground orders placed before 1 PM CST on December 15, 2022, will ship prior to Christmas. Please consider the 2-4 day lead time on ground orders during December. Ground orders placed after 1 PM CST on December 15, 2022, may not ship before the holiday closing. We will continue to ship orders up through Wednesday, December 21, 2022. However, we cannot guarantee that orders placed after the above deadlines will ship before Christmas.

Holiday Air Shipping Deadline: The deadline for guaranteed air shipping before Christmas is 11 AM CST on December 16, 2022. Any air orders placed after 11 AM CST on December 16, 2022, may not ship until after Christmas.

Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery is available only by shipping with Next Day Air on Friday and requesting Saturday delivery in the shipping comments. The cost for Saturday delivery is the same as Next Day Air service plus an additional $24.50, and it is available by special request only.

Late Delivery and Service Guarantee Refunds: In the event of a carrier delivering a gift late, a shipping refund may be approved but is not always guaranteed. Carriers do not offer refunds for late deliveries due to issues such as a bad address, a missing apartment number, incorrect zip codes, or any other inaccurate information provided. Carriers also do not provide refunds for situations beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, adverse weather conditions, emergency conditions, mechanical delays of aircraft or equipment, and other unforeseen circumstances. Please request a copy of the Carrier's Terms & Conditions for a comprehensive list of such situations.

Bulk Shipping Rates: For shipments with multiple items going to a single address, we offer discounts on ground shipping rates. If you are interested in discounts for your expedited bulk shipments.

For ground shipping rates, the following discounts apply:

• 3-5 gifts shipped to one address receive a 10% shipping discount.
• 6-10 gifts shipped to one address receive a 15% shipping discount.
• 11-15 gifts shipped to one address receive a 20% shipping discount.
• 16-20 gifts shipped to one address receive a 25% shipping discount.
• 21-25 gifts shipped to one address also receive a 25% shipping discount.

If your total order going to a single address weighs 200 pounds or more, you may be eligible for larger shipping discounts based on the destination zip code.
